A large park in Toowong across the freeway from the Botanic Gardens. It was gazetted as part of the Toowong Cemetery in 1861, then as a rifle range in 1887, and converted to a memorial Park in 1918.¹ Part of the Langsville Creek catchment, it includes an ornamental pond as well as some open channels near the freeway.
